Author Shlomo Borochov and Janis Juška  Director of "Tapals" Publishing House.

Following an invitation from Tapals Publishing House, Shlomo Borochov, author of the book "Domāt komerciāli" ("Business Daring") visited Riga from 23 to 27 August, to meet journalists and discuss business environment and development trends in Latvia, as well as present the Latvian edition of his book.
On 24. August at  18.00 Shlomo Borochov took part as a guest lecturer in a business seminar organized by Junior Achievement for Latvian teachers who teach economics at schools in Latvia. On 26 august  at 12.00 he signed copies of his book-shop “Valters un Rapa” .

 

In June, 2004, Jelena Tregubova, an independent journalist from Moscow and the author of the book "Taler of a Kremlin Digger", visited Latvia.
